Terry Martin is a freelance journalist and communications consultant based in Berlin. Focusing on business and politics, Martin has extensive experience in both broadcast and print media. He has worked as a reporter/presenter for CNN International, DW-TV, CBS Network Radio, and Public Radio International. He spent several years as Germany correspondent and contributing editor with EUROPE magazine and for nearly a decade wrote a foreign investment newsletter for Germany’s FDI agency. Interested in European research, Martin wrote the guidebook Communicating Research for Evidence-based Policymaking (European Commission). In 2010, he founded SPIA, a company specializing in policy-relevant research communications.
