Antoine Tirard is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. In addition, he consults with global companies in the areas of talent management, leadership development, transformation and change, strategic human resources and executive coaching. Fluent in both French and English, Antoine has extensive experience working with business and HR executives to help them build integrated talent management strategies, design and implement global leadership development programs, and increase leadership effectiveness to accelerate business results.
Antoine has consulted with clients in a wide range of industries, with leaders and teams across the globe. Current and past clients include Johnson & Johnson, Deutsche Post DHL, GSK, LafargeHolcim, PPG Industries, LVMH and Estée Lauder. For the past seven years, he has been responsible for the co-design, development, and ongoing delivery of an award winning senior leadership program for GSK, a leading pharmaceutical company.
Prior to consulting, Antoine was global head of talent acquisition and development at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and global head of talent, learning, and organization development at Novartis. Under his leadership, both companies increased their senior executive bench strength and accelerated the development of their high-potential leaders. He also held human resources executive positions as vice president of HR of the animal health and eye care divisions of Novartis, and HR director at Clifford Chance.
Antoine has co-authored three books on careers, talent assessments and human resources management. He is a regular guest lecturer at Institut Magellan and INSEAD, and speaks frequently at international HR and talent management conferences. He is Associate Expert with the Cercle Magellan, and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Antoine received an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in human resources management from Paris Sorbonne University. He is a certified coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and is accredited in the use of assessment tools such as Hogan Suite of Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI), MBTI, VOICES® 360º, viaEDGE™ Learning Agility and Insights Discovery.
