Brigid Moynahan, founder and president of Montclair, New Jersey-based The Next Level, Inc., has more than 20 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies to address issues of diversity and women’s leadership. Moynahan has pioneered innovative workshops and mentoring programs to promote women’s leadership, diversity awareness, and inclusion in such organizations as the World Bank, Bank One, Johnson & Johnson, and JP MorganChase.
