Suneela Jain is an associate based in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb.

Ms. Jain’s practice focuses on corporate governance and financial transactions.

Ms. Jain joined the firm in 2010. She received a J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 2010, where she was an Editor of the Human Rights and Development Law Journal, and a Student Director of the Community Development and Financial Institutions Clinic. Ms. Jain received an undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2004.

Ms. Jain is a member of the Bars in New York and California. Ms. Jain’s native language is English, and she is proficient in Spanish.
