Evan Sinar, Ph.D., is Chief Scientist and Vice President at DDI. He partners with global organizations to design and execute people analytics linking leadership programs to business outcomes, and produces prescriptive and highly-visual thought leadership about emerging talent trends and research-grounded people practices.

Evan has been recognized as a Top Influencer for Analytics, Data Visualization, and Machine Learning and as a Who’s Who in People Science, and frequently authors and presents on these topics for major conferences and publications. His work has been featured in Chief Learning Officer, TD Magazine, Training Magazine, and numerous other publications.

Evan holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
