Prajakta Bhide is a senior economist focusing on the U.S. outlook and labor markets. Previously, Prajakta was the senior U.S. economist for Roubini Global Economics in New York. Prajakta’s research has been quoted in several news outlets including the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times. Her areas of expertise include macroeconomic projections and monetary policy. She has also conducted research at the Reserve Bank of India's department of economic analysis and policy, focusing on monetary policy transmission. Prajakta holds a master’s degree in economics from New York University.
