Jeri Sedlar is a senior advisor to The Conference Board on mature workforce issues. She is also a business owner, speaker, and author of the highly acclaimed books Don’t Retire, Rewire! and On Target: Enhance Your Life and Ensure Your Success.

Sedlar has over 20 years of experience in the consumer marketing and professional services arena. She is the former editor at large of Working Woman magazine. She also served as director of corporate affairs for the Working Woman/ Working Mother Group.
