Cheryl Fahlman, Ph.d., is a health researcher at Mathematica Policy Research, She has served as the drug plan administrator at Alberta Blue Cross and as a staff pharmacist at The University of Alberta Hospitals. She was also a research associate at The Healh Research and Education Trust, where she directed projects on capital financing of hospitals and specialty hospitals. Dr. Fahlman has publisehd articles on end-of-life care, retiree and prescription drug coverage, and long-term care in journals such as Health Affairs, The Gerontologist, Health Care Financing Review, and The Journal of Social and Administrative Pharmacy.
