Kelly Kuras is the Senior Global Manager of Talent Evaluation and Employee Engagement Strategies at General Motors. Global Project Manager of Employee Engagement Strategies for General Motors. Her responsibilities include delivering the employee engagement survey to 64 countries and over 200,000 employees. It takes a large team to develop and deploy the global survey and Kelly credits the amazing HR, IT and Communication partners in every country and region with any success we have. Kelly also manages the teams that deliver the global performance management process, global assessments and the Extraordinary Leader Program, a 360 feedback process.
Kelly calls her 19 years during the recovery and reinvention of GM the ‘rarest seat’ at the table of large scale change. Her work provides insight to all the levels of business operations and gives leaders and employees tangible actions to work on to improve their own experiences. Kelly has a Master in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors of Science in Anthropology and Sociology from Albion College.
A happy gardener, she enjoys digging up and putting down roots at her cottage on Lake Erie. Kelly is blessed with a large network of family and friends that keep her busy, active and appreciating life. She is most frequently found near a favorite book, a cup of tea, and in the middle of telling a good story.
