Ewout Frankema

Ewout Frankema

Ewout Frankema was a junior researcher at the University of Groningen during the project period. He has a doctoral degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, with a specialization in Economic History. Frankema specializes in the study of economic growth, inequality and institutional change in the developing world. Since early 2008 he has been appointed as assistant professor in economic history at the University of Utrecht.
