Bob Berry is a senior IT executive and consultant with more than 30 years of international experience in the Construction, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, REIT, Property Management, Retail, Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Travel, Medical Device/Pharmaceutical (manufacturing) and e-commerce industries. He has extensive technical expertise in all aspects of Information Technology and has successfully managed IT organizations large and small.
Bob has been responsible for multiple reorganizations of IT teams during mergers, acquisitions, and rightsizings, including global consolidations. His application expertise spans front/back office systems across multiple industries, supply chain, financial systems, business intelligence and ERP – including implementation of Oracle EBS/HRMS, SAP, JD Edwards, Ross and GP Dynamics – and he has delivered significant business process improvement and operational cost reduction through strategic sourcing. Bob has been a successful proponent of Best Practices and metrics management in IT, including COBIT Governance, ITIL in Service Management, ISO2700x for Information Security, Structured PMO Processes and Agile/RAD in application development.
Recently, while in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Bob oversaw several Oracle EBS/HRMS and infrastructure projects that met national security and governance requirements. Additionally, he oversaw the IT governance process during the merger of two of the UAE’s largest master developers and was tasked with establishing a joint venture relationship and telecom strategy with the local telecom provider.

Bob holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut and a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
