Elease Wright serves as a Consultant for RW2 Enterprises. At Aetna Inc., a leading diversified health care benefits company, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for 15 years and helped shape what is one of the nation’s most-heralded business transformations. She was instrumental in attracting and retaining key talent during Aetna’s transition from a broad-based insurer to healthcare leader.

Elease was recently appointed by Governor Dannel Malloy to serve as a member of the Connecticut Board of Regents for Higher Education, which oversees 17 statewide colleges and universities; she also chairs its Audit Committee. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Academy of Human Resources.
