Frederick H. Alexander is a partner in the corporate practice group of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP. His practice often involves counseling boards of directors and board committees, including committees appointed to negotiate mergers or other significant transactions. Alexander is the vice chairman of the Council of the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. He is a member of the ABA Committee on Corporate Laws and the Editorial Board of the ABA Task Force on Public Company Acquisitions, and also serves on the ABA Task Force on Shareholder Proposals.
