June Eichbaum has written and advised on corporate governance in conjunction with her work as an executive search consultant. A partner at two global recruiting firms, Heidrick & Struggles and, most recently, Russell Reynolds, she led search teams on assignments for corporate officers. She first became involved with corporate governance while leading searches for general counsel at the legal search firm, Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she was a founding partner in New York. Previously, she practiced law with Coudert Brothers and Time Inc. She is currently an advisor to the board of The Cooke Center for Learning and Development, where she was a founding director.
