Harley set up his first business back in 1978 when he was just 21. A serial entrepreneur, Harley has a proven track record of working with a wide variety of businesses, in all sectors from apparel to petrochemical and from ultra-high tech and telecommunications to transport. Today, Harley is the Chairman of The Bayard Partnership; a group practice specialized in solving complex business problems. Apart from being a very motivational and engaging speaker, Harley is also a guest lecturer at several management schools and author of four books; ‘Making a Difference’, ‘Inspirational Leadership’, ‘Transition’ and ‘The Change Manager’s Handbook’
