Ingrid Lee is the Chief Operating Officer for Financial Wellness with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her current role, she is responsible for both the day-to-day operations of the business and its long-term strategic plan. She oversees business management, performance reporting, product marketing, digital experience, and strategic initiatives.
Financial Wellness is part of the Morgan Stanley at Work suite of financial solutions, which include Financial Wellness, Retirement and Equity Administration. Financial Wellness is an employer-sponsored benefit program delivered by the Morgan Stanley Financial Wellness Home Office team in partnership with Financial Advisors. Financial Wellness empowers clients’ employees at every stage of their career to achieve their financial goals through a strong foundation of education, advice and solutions designed to make addressing finances a source of wellness, not a source of stress.
Ingrid joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 and has held several leadership roles in Wealth Management. Most recently, Ingrid was the Head of the Central Merger Integration Office, playing a key role in Morgan Stanley’s acquisitions of E*TRADE and Eaton Vance. Previously, she was the Head of Program Management Office for Advisor Platforms. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ingrid was a management consultant at PwC, advising top financial institutions on their digital strategies.
Ingrid earned her MA in Economics from the University of Southern California. She also holds bachelors’ degrees from the University of Southern California in Economics and Public Policy.
