Isabelle Meuleman joined PwC in December 2021. Her focus is on reward architecture with a focus on job classification, organisational design, performance management, reward modeling, and benchmarking. Before she joined PwC, she gained experience in different types of companies (banking, IT, public, etc.). Isabelle worked for 10 years in several business roles (marketing, project/process management).

Afterwards, she decided to go for an HR role, first in compensation and benefits. In the next step of her career, she held several HR director roles, combining hard and soft HR, supporting business leaders in all HR aspects.  She especially worked on strategic HR issues, employee relations, restructuring, change management, employee retention, and motivation.
