Jackie Maestri, VP, Global Services (GS) and Enterprise Transformations, Johnson & Johnson (J&J), leads the award-winning GS function, which was named a Top 5 finalist for “World’s Best GBS” and one of the “Top 20 Most Admired Shared Services Organizations/Global Business Services” in the world in 2023 by SSON. She is responsible for business services and enterprise transformations designed to optimize, standardize and digitize business processes to deliver higher efficiency, effectiveness and experience, freeing up resources to focus on higher value work and innovation. Additionally, Jackie co-chairs the J&J Enterprise Intelligent Automation Council. She was previously VP, Engineering and Property Services making her the first woman to lead worldwide engineering at J&J with responsibility for strategic direction across 1,000 properties. Jackie is executive sponsor for several DE&I programs including Partnerships Sponsor for J&J’s Women in STEM2D initiative. She also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Miami College of Engineering and is a board member for South Florida’s Big Children’s Foundation.
