Jackie joined American Benefits Consulting in 2022 with more than 40 years of industry experience specializing in absence management and addressing all aspects of wellbeing through a diversity and inclusion lens. She focuses on large, complex national accounts and delivering innovative, customized best in class solutions.

Jackie was the North America Practice Leader, Absence, Disability Management and Life at a major consulting firm before joining ABC. Prior to her 20+ years of consulting, she held leadership positions in the carrier community in claims operations, sales/account management, product development and managing specialty resources.  She has extensive consulting experience working with public and private sector Fortune 500 companies across a wide array of industries.  Jackie works with her clients on the strategy, design, delivery and performance of their life, accident, disability, leave and voluntary plans. She has worked across the spectrum of projects inclusive of total rewards, operational assessments, benchmarking, plan management, vendor procurement and performance, measurement, change management, M&A, implementation, and audits. Her experience also spans paid and unpaid time off programs, legislated and company leaves including Paid Time Off (PTO).

Jackie is a recognized authority in her field and is a speaker at local and national forums as well as featured as an author in numerous publications. Jackie holds a BA from Clark University. She is nationally certified as a Case Manager (CCM) and Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) and is an executive board member of the Integrated Benefits Institute.
