Jacqueline So

Jacqueline So is a Benefits Specialist at Hess with over a decade of experience managing and administering health, insurance & wellness benefits. She is responsible for building Hess’ wellness program from the ground up and has made it her mission to find new and exciting ways to increase employee engagement. Before joining Hess, Jacqueline worked in group benefits consulting and served as an actuarial analyst and project manager for multiple mid-sized and large client accounts. Jacqueline’s education includes a BS in Mathematics/Actuarial Science from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She currently lives in Houston, Texas and enjoys traveling and swing dancing in her free time.
