James McLetchie

James is currently the SVP Integration at AVEVA Group PLC, where he joined after 13 years with McKinsey & Co to lead Integrations and transformational programmes. He has designed and supported 90+ integrations “on the ground” in more than 25 cities around the world, delivering in excess of $7B in value creation while driving critical organisational and people topics e.g. talent attrition, critical talent engagement, organization and operating model design etc. He is currently focused on ensuring the delivery of the potential of AVEVA's largest acquisition (OSIsoft) which is a growth/top-line driven combination, of two of the leading industrial software infrastructure and application players.
