Jamila Cowan

Jamila Cowan is a ESG leader working at the intersection of technology, social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion. For the past 16 years she has held various roles within Dell Technologies from Global Service Delivery Manager to Senior Regional Manager and Director of Team Member & Community Engagement. Jamila is currently the Director of Global Strategic ESG Partnerships and is committed to helping underserved youth gain access to technology and exposure to STEM careers. She has represented Dell Technologies at the United Nations headquarters sharing, with global leaders, the importance of private sector partnerships with public entities and highlighting Dell Techs pro bono collaboration with the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund. Most recently she shared insights with the White House Leadership Development Program.
