Jan Sedlacek

Jan Sedlacek is the founder and managing partner of Stryber, a leading strategic growth advisory and corporate venture builder in the Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific. He recognized the need for a new approach to grow businesses at scale, which is why he combines approaches from the venture capital, start-up and strategy consulting worlds to increase financial and strategic returns for his clients. Jan has already successfully founded and/or scaled over 100 businesses with his organization.

Before founding Stryber in 2016, Jan Sedlacek gained experience as a start-up founder, C-Level manager, marketer, web designer and in strategy consulting. Among other things, he was part of a travel start-up and transformed a Swiss private bank into the first hybrid bank.
Before that, he was a managing director at the tour operator Kuoni, where he was responsible for marketing and innovation, and a management consultant at Roland Berger.

In addition to his expertise in business growth, venture building and the digitalization of companies, the native Swiss brings expertise and education in international management and organizational psychology to his work at Stryber.
