Jane Bulcher is the Director of Global Benefits for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. where she’s worked in Benefits for nearly 16 years. In this role, Jane is responsible for all benefits in 18 countries in which the company operates, supporting corporate, stores and distribution center associates. She is responsible for strategy, compliance, budget and delivery of benefits programs which includes traditional benefits like medical, dental, retirement, etc. but also includes a variety of other programs like paid time off, leaves of absences and perk-like benefits. Jane is based in Columbus, Ohio where the A&F global headquarters are based.
