Janet Brunk is the Director of Global Benefits at Delta Air Lines.

Janet has more than 25 years of experience in various HR roles at Delta Air Lines, including Health & Welfare, Absence Plans, Training & Communications, and Project Management. She has supported Global Benefits Strategy and Administration for the last 12 years.

The team she leads is responsible for the implementation, administration, and communication of Delta’s employee benefit programs domestically and internationally with a focus on continuous process improvement, and ongoing governance of the various benefit programs that support Delta’s more than 95,000 employees, their spouses and dependents. She is passionate about the opportunity to enhance the employee experience by increasing the level of engagement and understanding of Delta’s benefit offerings.

Janet and her husband, Darryl, live in Tyrone, GA and have two children.
