She is passionate about making healthcare easier and more equitable, accessible, and affordable for employers and their employees and families, and has led the development of solutions and market expertise in areas such as virtual care, provider guidance platforms, and healthcare navigation solutions. Janet has 30 years of healthcare and benefits consulting experience, helping clients create unique solutions through the design, management, administration, and financing of their employee benefits programs. She holds an MBA in marketing and hospital and health services management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in journalism and German from Colorado State University.
