Janet Ramey

Janet Ramey is Founder and Principal, Sourcing Change. In her role, Janet works with Fortune 500 clients to help leading enterprises design, counsel, source and connect the enterprise business services talent they need to deliver transformative change.

Her career includes senior leadership positions in Operations and Technical Services at Cisco, where she led teams on 3 continents. Janet not only managed the company’s Technical Services P&L in Asia Pacific, but also served as head, Global Shared Services, where she focused on digital transformation, employee experience and future of workforce and workplace serving a complex and rapidly evolving global environment of 130,000 consumers, 94 countries, 480 offices, with a global cashflow of $60B. Prior to Cisco, Janet developed technical documentation and code at IBM.

Currently, Janet leads the Human Resources Business Partner group for the Global Business Services Council at the Conference Board and works with members to explore future of work, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, and global business and shared services.
