Janet Van Huysse

Janet Van Huysse is SVP, Chief People Officer at cyber-security company, Cloudflare. She has over twenty years experience as a HR leader in technology. Janet spent almost seven years at Twitter, as their first VP of HR, then the VP of Diversity & Inclusion. She is a huge proponent of diversity in tech and for parents in the workplace. At Cloudflare, she leads their partnership with Path Forward, a nonprofit organization driven to get people back to work after they've taken time off to care for a loved one. She is also the co-founder of TendLab, a venture focused on leveraging the science behind parenthood to optimize the workplace. And, Janet is a mother of three girls.
