Janice Soriano is a Senior Talent Attraction Partner with over 10+ years’ experience. She finds, screens, and attracts applicants to fill open positions at SAP in the areas of Software Engineering, Product Management, and User Interface Design. Janice is currently a Total Rewards Fellow with the Benefits Team where she’s learning and supporting the operations and vendor management of SAP’s Health and Welfare benefits for North America. Outside of work, Janice enjoys exploring her new city of Austin, Texas and loves  traveling, hiking, and trying new cuisines.
