Dr. Brumfield is an experienced leader in the CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) aspects of biopharmaceutical M&A integrations of various sizes and from both sides of the deals. M&A has been a major factor in shaping his career, which spans 9 companies, 6 major mergers, and numerous smaller tuck-in acquisitions.
