Jeff Portwood is an accomplished talent management and culture-building professional with more than 25 years of success developing and delivering innovative people solutions for high-performing brands across multiple industries. 

As Program Director for Organizational Learning and Development with John Muir Health (JMH), Jeff oversees the BetterUp Care and Lead programs serving more than 6,000 employees and nearly 400 leaders. He leads programming and development of the JMH Leadership Academy, project management for implementation of lean principles and multiple service- and culture-building efforts. 

Jeff graduated from Florida International University and has gained certifications through Oxford Brooks University (leadership), Cambridge University (strategy) and Harvard (education). He lives in Walnut Creek, California with his wife and Molly the Wonder Dog.
