Throughout his almost 27 year career at BMO Jeff has been known as a fixer, a change agent who has led enterprise change initiatives and refined North American operations in diverse areas such as technology development, procurement, learning, talent acquisition and now benefits and wellness.  As Global Head, Benefits and Wellness at BMO Jeff is leading a transformation and integration agenda aiming to Boldly Grow the Good in the lives of BMO's employees by delivering benefits and wellness programing that meet evolving needs with inclusive, flexible and digitally enabled offerings that prioritize mental, physical, social and financial health.
