Jennifer Heinzen Krueger, Ph.D., is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 25 years of expertise. She has held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Team Experience for The Giant Company and Vice President of Learning and Development for Ahold Delhaize. Prior to these roles, Jennifer held various leadership positions in Talent Management at Ahold, focusing on performance management, workforce planning, associate engagement, and leadership development.  Jennifer earned her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from Monmouth University. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Adjunct Faculty in the School of Labor and Employment Relations at Pennsylvania State University.
