Jennifer Lewis has responsibility for the Total Rewards programs for KPMG’s U.S. firm. This includes compensation and partner services, health and welfare benefits, well-being, retirement and wealth programs. Jennifer recently led a review of KPMG’s benefit programs to assess and enhance their support of KPMG’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and is championing the roll-out of the firm’s comprehensive mental well-being strategy. Prior to joining KPMG, Jennifer was a senior consultant in retirement at a major benefits consulting firm. She is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an enrolled actuary under ERISA and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
