Dr. Malinowski is an expert in precision medicine and genomics, bioethics, health economics and outcomes research, and is a certified clinical guideline methodologist. She received her PhD in Human Genetics, and her MS in Applied Epidemiology and Public Policy, both from Vanderbilt University. She has substantial experience building a culture of engagement and inclusion across a wide variety of organizations and diverse stakeholders. Dr. Malinowski has assisted companies with evidence synthesis, organizational change, and policy research. She has a keen understanding of global and U.S.-focused market access and value assessment for molecular diagnostics and pharmaceuticals, and the ability to translate complex scientific and policy concepts to a range of audiences.
