Jennifer serves as SVP & Head of HR for Standard Industries, Standard Investments, Standard Management Services, and Winter Properties. In this role, she oversees all aspects of HR, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HRIS & Analytics, Total Rewards, and Talent Management. Jennifer is also passionate about AI and is heavily involved in developing and evaluating AI use cases for HR. She co-founded Standard's AI Working Group in partnership with the digital, cyber, and IT teams. Before joining Standard, Jennifer worked for Samsung Electronics America, where she served as Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Employer Branding, and was a member of the CEO’s Strategy & Transformation team. Jennifer began her career with Russell Reynolds Associates.
