With over 13 years of experience in the benefits and HR industry, Jessica provides leadership in the oversight of innovative benefits, wellness, and leave programs that are inclusive and equitable for all employee populations to attract and retain diverse top talent. She has recently led the implementation of fertility and family planning solution, Stork Club, for The Knot's US team as part of their overall benefits strategy to expand comprehensive fertility, maternal, and parental benefits.
