As the Vice President of Total Rewards for North America at SAP, Jessy leads the strategy design for the U.S. and Canada, aligning rewards with company goals to drive employee performance and achieve business objectives. She is skilled in designing competitive compensation and benefits programs, managing regulatory compliance, and collaborating with senior leadership to implement transformational talent initiatives.
