Jill Vaslow is the Vice President of Talent Strategy and Employee Well-being at The Cigna Group. In this role, Jill makes the connections between Cigna's business strategies and the talent capabilities necessary to deliver. Jill also leads the design and execution of Cigna's employee health and wellness and retirement strategies. Jill works in close partnership with leaders across Cigna to ensure that internal employee benefits offerings align to Cigna's external market strategy and leverages Cigna and Evernorth product offerings to improve employee health and well-being. Jill also leads the HR Analytics function and Cigna's HR project management office, which includes oversight of M&A and integration work.

Prior to joining Cigna, Jill had held various human resources leadership positions with Nintendo of America, Fujitsu, and SCO. Across the span of her career, she has served in both generalist and specialist roles in HR, including leadership of benefits, compensation, HRIS and payroll.

The path to well-being is a passion for Jill outside of work as well. She spends a lot of time thinking about the food her family eats, and tries to get outside with them as much as possible.
