Jim Carling is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. Prior to retiring from TE Connectivity, he was responsible for leading the development and execution of the organizations’ talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies to drive high performance and business growth. Jim started Leadership Reflections LCC, to help organizations and leaders build a culture that supports customer demands and drives business growth.
Jim’s industry experience includes industrial technology, consumer products, commercial food ingredients, and medical technology spanning public, private, and joint venture businesses. He’s worked with executives at all levels, and with local, regional and global leadership teams.
Jim has an Executive MBA from Georgia State University, a Masters in Human Resource Development and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology & Communications from Clemson University.
