Jim Geikie is the chief executive officer of Gaia Herbs www.gaiaherbs.com, a leader in herbal and botanical dietary supplements based in western North Carolina.  Jim is also a partner in One Better Ventures www.1BV.co, a B-Corp certified investment and advisory firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina that works with consumer products companies whose missions seek to promote wellness, environmental sustainability, and social justice.  He leads the marketing practice which includes brand strategy, product range architecture, and marketing.

Jim’s CMO experience includes Burt’s Bees and Cree where he developed and introduced the consumer lighting brand.  He began his marketing career at Unilever working in the personal care division.
