Jing Wang was HRVP for Shell Companies in Greater China since 2007 and over the 27 years of Shell service, she worked in various functional areas ranging from Talent, D&I, Leadership Development to Policy and Business Partner roles in China and overseas.
At Shell, Jing was not only leading the whole country HR community in providing strategic HR support and organizational interventions, but also served as a respected executive with strategic influence and corporate responsibilities. Her corporate duty as a Board Director for Shell's core legal entities in the country also provided her with strategic experience on a wide spectrum of business & corporate management issues. On top of executive leadership responsibilities, Jing spent significant time leading, advising & coaching senior executives, and mentoring talents.
Jing has obtained Certificates as a "Immunity to Change" Life Coach granted by Minds at Work© and is also accredited as an Organizational Performance Coach by IECL©. She also has an ISODC certification as Senior Organisational Development Consultant and serves as a Strategic Advisor to the leadership of Beijing Foreign Enterprise Services Co. Ltd.
Jing was born and educated in Beijing. After graduation from Foreign Affairs College in 1989, she joined the Beijing Diplomatic Service Bureau and worked for UNDP's Beijing office for 4 years.
