Joann Callahan

As Chief Operating Officer at McMaster-Carr, a privately-owned industrial supply distributor, Joann leads all aspects of customer service and distribution of nearly 700,000 industrial items. McMaster-Carr has a long, rich history from a small, catalog supply shop in the early 1900’s delivering goods to local manufacturers in carts to significant growth with established operations in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Cleveland, and soon Dallas. Today, the company serves a wide range of customers with industrial needs, from SpaceX and NASCAR to small machine shops and micro-breweries. Joann has been with McMaster-Carr since 1994. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
