She has successfully directed employee engagement initiatives for over 100 clients across industries, including federal government, financial services, hospitality, life sciences, manufacturing, not-for-profit, professional services, transportation, and higher education. She has a proven track record of consulting with organizations to use survey research to enhance employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance. She received a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Maryland.
