John Argabright

John Argabright is the Human Resources Vice President for a €2 billion food equipment business with 4,500 employees working in over 150 countries. He believes that the generally accepted human resources practices and framework restricts the organizational potential by more than 50%, which makes the needed HR transformation the biggest opportunity for most companies. John has been called everything between a Bart Simpson to an Archipelago and somehow has managed to internalize these comments as mostly complementary. He thinks it is because he challenges the status quo and makes connections between disparate issues. He holds a Masters of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. From there he moved on to various human resources roles across several industries including automotive, transportation, packaging and food equipment manufacturing. John has been based in Switzerland twice and today calls his home base Dallas but chooses to travel the world on a personal basis most of the year visiting different Tetra Pak offices.
