John Beadle

John Beadle is Senior Research Fellow and Council Director, Corporate Reward, for The Conference Board.  He has over thirty years' experience in human resource management in the consumer goods, engineering, financial services,  natural resources,  technology, and pharmaceutical industries, having worked in a wide variety of international roles for ABB, GSK, HSBC, IBM, Reckitt, Rio Tinto, and Standard Chartered Bank.

John is vice-chair of the Board for PRHA in the UK, where he is the non-executive director responsible for HR and chair of the Remuneration Committee, serves on an advisory board for the London School of Economics (LSE) and is an independent HR consultant.  He is a Freeman of the Guild of HR professionals, a Companion and former Vice President for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and a Fellow of the Bridewell Royal Hospital.
