Dr. John Gillis, Jr. is a Program Director and Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center at The Conference Board. In addition, he facilitates, engages, and develops global executives in leadership and teamwork.

For the past nine years, he has provided brief, insightful and thought provoking weekly blogs, Leadership Xpressions. Previously, Dr. Gillis has worked for numerous companies globally as a management consultant.
Accomplishments:
His doctoral degree is from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and Wharton Business School (dissertation on Global Leadership Development. Giving back to the Austin community, John has served on the Board of Wonders & Worries, Scout Cub Master, coach of numerous youth sports teams, and the founder and president of non-profit CampLIFE.
