Dr. Larson is a West Point graduate who became a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician after his service as an Army officer. He then attended UMASS-Amherst where he received his MBA and learned the business of healthcare as a medical director at Aetna.

Dr. Larson has extensive experience in health-tech and has been involved with telemedicine companies since 2012. He was the founder and CEO of MedSpoke that built software to help providers navigate the complexities of credentialing and licensing. He served as the President of the telemedicine company HeyDoctor which was acquired by GoodRx. He is currently the clinical lead of the telemedicine company Found, a medically-supported weight care platform. He oversees the management of clinicians by setting clinical guidelines and standards of care that reflect the best practices of obesity medicine.
