He has worked across multiple industries and geographies to address opportunities in transformation, cultural change, and talent management. Jonathan has spent the last 12 years at Microsoft, leading Talent Management and Organizational Development in the Middle East, Latin America and now globally for the Commercial Sales Business. Jonathan is passionate about using organizational system design not just to transform organizations but also to make systemic changes that support and accelerate the company’s D&I efforts.
