Josh serves as DEI Specialist and Talent Program Manager on the Taskforce to Advance Racial Equity at Equitable where he works to define and deliver the DEI vision, strategy, and goals across the organization to build a culture of inclusion. He also oversees Equitable’s Black Excellence Program, which is a talent development program for black employees at all levels. Josh has more than 14 years of experience as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) professional, and his previous experience includes multiple roles in higher education supporting faculty, staff, and students in exercising inclusive teaching practices. Josh holds a Masters of Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
